Reporting to the Vice President of HHVNA and Hospice, the Director of Quality is a member of the senior leadership team. Scope of responsibility includes quality and safety, risk management, patient relations including patient and caregiver satisfaction, P4P including VBP, regulatory and TJC compliance, infection control, employee health, and overall agency education, as well as the practice of nursing as a member of nursing leadership.
RN with Master’s Degree in nursing or healthcare, or applicable field.
Minimum 3 years’ progressive leadership experience, and 5 years’ clinical experience, preferably in a home care organization.
Performance/Quality Improvement experience in a leadership role required/certification in quality a plus.
Excellent communication and data analysis skills as well as innovative and energetic personality required.
