The Senior Director Quality is partnered with The Guthrie Clinic Chief Quality Officer in leading the organization’s continuous quality improvement activities. This position has responsibility for operationalizing system-wide quality initiatives and assisting in the oversight and implementation of all activities related to Care Management, Patient Safety, Clinical Performance Improvement, Peer Review, Risk Management, Infection Control, patient experience and Accreditation. The Senior Director Quality will function as a patient, physician, and clinical care advocate and will work collaboratively with various Guthrie Clinic entities to enhance patient care through continuous quality improvement methods.
This position has accountabilities for implementation of programs and processes which maximize cost-effective integration of improved quality patient care throughout the system. The position also assists in the implementation of Medical Staff quality initiatives.
Masters degree in healthcare related field required.
