Franklin Community Health Network is seeking a Quality Specialist Registered Nurse (RN) in Farmington. The Quality Specialist RN coordinates development and application of Franklin Memorial Hospital’s Quality Assurance process, assisting with the implementation and ongoing function of the Franklin Memorial Hospital Quality Management Plan. Within a culture of accountability, the Quality Specialist RN supports performance improvement activities relating to patient safety, operational and clinical quality, and patient experience. This position is responsible to collect, analyze and report meaningful data to guide the system departments to deliver the highest quality, patient-and family-centered care to our community. The Quality Specialist RN assists with coordinating activities to ensure compliance with JCAHO Standards, federal and state Regulations and other healthcare regulatory bodies.
Current Maine RN license.
Certification in Quality Improvement preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with JCAHO, state licensure, and federal conditions of participation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to function as a positive and effective team member in a dynamic environment.
