Instead, you'll lead a team of quality management professionals who are dedicated to ensuring quality care outcomes for our patients. You'll also work closely with Clinical Informatics and other leaders across the system to improve clinical outcomes. Your role will include supporting the Strategic Quality Plan, compliance management, production of procedural documentation and submission of data to regulatory agencies.
Master’s degree in nursing or health care field.
Current State of Washington RN licensure.
8+ years progressively responsible clinical management experience in an acute setting.
5+ years experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
CPHQ or CPHRM certification are highly desirable.
Compensation package: The target base salary for this position starts at $115,690 per year and up depending upon experience plus an incentive compensation program based on annual performance. This job also offers a generous benefits package.
