Find Great People has partnered with TJ Samson Community Hospital to identify a talented individual for a Director of Quality position. TJ Samson is a 196-bed, acute-care facility in Glasgow, KY. TJ Regional Health, Inc. serves as the decision-making umbrella for T.J. Samson Community Hospital, TJ Health Partners, TJ Health Pavilion, TJ Health Columbia and associated clinics.
TJ Samson Hospital in southcentral Kentucky is searching for a Director of Quality who is well-versed in regulatory compliance and all aspects of quality – both healthcare and hospital. TJ Samson is just 35 minutes from Bowling Green and conveniently located between Nashville and Louisville.
The Director is responsible for managing hospital-wide and medical staff quality review process. Duties include abstracting quality data from the medical record, including but not limited to:
Medical staff quality indicators
Surgical case/invasive procedure review
Blood usage review
Special targeted studies/research
Complications review in accordance with QI standards and procedures.
The Director of Quality will also manage the medical staff peer review process.
Experience with regulatory compliance and all aspects of quality
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; CPHQ preferred; RABQSA preferred; Masters preferred.
