Rush Oak Park Hospital is seeking a full-time Quality Project Coordinator to join the ROPH health care team.
Requirements: The Quality Project Coordinator will facilitate ongoing Performance Improvement through independent and team projects across the hospital with the focus on all thinks with core measures: CMS, TJC and state and all other regulatory agencies. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent data management skills, superior knowledge/execution of Microsoft Office and excellent skills in data analysis and presentation; knowledge of state and national regulations, standards, operating definitions for evidence based measures; ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills to meet competing deadlines, ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and excellent communication skills and demonstrating collaborative work ethics as a member of the quality team.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare.
Experience: at least 3-5 years Acute Care Quality Management with focus on core measures. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm; Shift: 8 hours; 80 hours per pay period.
