Leads the organization’s improvement program with responsibility for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of, and customer satisfaction with, all services provided by the organization. Major responsibilities include customer service, developing clinical pathways and guidelines, lean services, analysis and management of quality, development of data models to support improvement, regulatory readiness and infection control.
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Quality/Statistics or a related field
Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare performance or quality improvement, outcomes management and managing organizational change to support improvement. Preference for experience that includes healthcare regulatory (CMS) and accreditation (The Joint Commission), lean programs, understanding of data inputs and development of data models to support improvement.
Clinical experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with executives and staff and ability to lead consensus that supports organization deliverables
Organizational and project management skills
Excellent oral and written presentation skills
Executive presence and communication skills and ability to establish credibility and all levels of the organization
