Shift Details: Full time, 1.0. Exempt. Management.

As the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director-RN you will be responsible for overall leadership, direction, and management of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) including safety, practices of professional nursing, quality, operations, department planning and development, employee development, and evaluation of services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: personnel management, budgeting, reimbursement issues, patient care management, regulatory requirements compliance, provider satisfaction, and continuous quality improvement. The ASC Director will use lean based principles to build systems and workflows to achieve safety, quality and patient satisfaction principles. This position is directly accountable to the Chief Operating Officer.

Ambulatory Surgery Center Director (RN) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required.
5 years recent progressively responsible experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center or perioperative services, with 3 of those years in a management position/role required.
Current WA State RN licensure required.
Master’s Degree in nursing, business or other healthcare field from an accredited educational institution preferred.
Recent management experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center is strongly preferred.
Additional coursework/training taken in leadership and management preferred.
