In this role, you will be an integral part of the implementation and delivery experience for member organizations participating in the Vizient physician and advanced practice provider onboarding program. You will facilitate planning, training, launch, and ongoing support for the program. You will provide both virtual and on-site training and support, as well as ongoing program development and updates.
Serve as point of contact for member organizations, building and maintaining relationships with leaders and staff.
Contribute to program development and updates, to include program structure, resources, curriculum, and processes.
Facilitate the review and analysis of program outcomes data; work with members to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Lead and actively participate in cross divisional/departmental and institutional teams, councils, and workgroups.
5 or more years’ relevant experience working in a health care delivery setting required.
Experience working with clinicians and senior leaders required.
Ambulatory operations or health care operations experience preferred.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Telecommuting is allowed.
