Valley Children's Healthcare is looking for a Systems Analyst to join the Human Resources team at its main campus in Madera, CA. The Systems Analyst reports to the Manager of Workforce Planning and is responsible for the oversight of Human Resources Information Systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR related data.
Position Details and Responsibilities:
Propose tests and monitors changes to existing Human Resources data management processes and practices
Create workflow solutions to streamline Human Resource processes emphasizing self-service applications
Audit information and reports to ensure data is accurate and presented in high quality professional format
Collaborate with Information Technology Services on Human Resources data management concerns and works to integrate Human Resources information with data from other systems
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a position in which system design and integration was a major responsibility required
Minimum of 3 of experience working in a Human Resources environment required
Strong understanding of project management processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Knowledge of various Human Resources software systems highly desired
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box for solutions and improvements
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: This is a full time, exempt position, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, offering a competitive compensation and a benefit package. Relocation bonus may be offered.
