The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the efficient operation of the system hospital pharmacy. The director establishes standards of quality, productivity and performance in accordance with system hospital policies and procedures and requirements of State and Federal regulatory agencies. Will adhere to the Mission and Values of the hospital system. The Director of Pharmacy is responsible to the CEO, administrator, COO, CME of CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier.
Must have sufficient managerial skills to handle the administrative responsibilities of the department of pharmacy.
Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
The candidate must possess a license as issued by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
