Reports to the President & CEO of Curative Care Network and is accountable for leading the quality and education strategy. Benchmarks and analyzes data to monitor performance of the organizational quality management systems and evaluates compliance to standards. Leads the implementation of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) survey preparation team and the Quality and Ethics Committees. Manages training and education specialist.
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, or other field of healthcare, with a Master of Science degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in quality management and improvement.
Experience leading quality and safety improvement projects and team management.
Excellent analytical skills and strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Requires a passion for the mission and vision of Curative Care Network.
