Provides essential leadership and administrative support to the department; Accountable for the financial and quality performance of the clinic; Ensures that the nursing standards of care are consistent with CHRISTUS Spohn's mission and meet regulatory requirements. Facilitates the ongoing achievement of the division's mission and goals; promotes the development and improvement of processes directed at providing quality, economical healthcare services.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Clinical patient care experience with at least 2 years in a management role; ambulatory environment preferred.
Current Texas RN license (if applicable to Education/Skills)
