The expanding academic faculty practices throughout the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) have an immediate opportunity for a Vice President, Behavioral Health who will be responsible for the overall administrative direction of the WMCHealth Behavioral Health Services on the Valhalla and Poughkeepsie campuses.

In addition to a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, healthcare administration, or related field, we require a minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive management experience in healthcare. Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs required.
The Behavioral Health Center at Westchester Medical Center is a freestanding facility on the campus of Westchester Medical Center offering a full spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, community and emergency care for individuals and families. World-renowned medical services provided by Westchester Medical Center, combined with strong clinical leadership from the Department of Psychiatry at New York Medical College, keep the Behavioral Health Center at the forefront of meeting the needs of those affected by mental illness.
The Behavioral Health Center continues its 75-year tradition of serving children and adolescents in separate programs, including three adult care units consisting of an acute stabilization wing and a unit for patients with combined psychiatric and medical problems.
