Your Chief Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results-driven, highly analytical problem-solver to analyze and interpret data to identify areas to improve our healthcare services. Working under the direction of the QA Manager, and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, you will:
Review medical records and clinical data of discharged patients for core measure submission
Collect and aggregate data to produce required core measure reports for the clinical teams
Maintain database and regularly conduct audits of medical records for compliance with regulatory quality and safety requirements
Keep abreast of core measure specifications to comply with quality management regulations

To qualify, you must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
Demonstrated knowledge and adeptness in the utilization of electronic medical record
Exceptional proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
Proven knowledge of medical terminology
