Coordinator Performance Improvement - Division of Quality Services - Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center
The Coordinator Performance Improvement plans, implements and manages patient safety initiatives that decrease risk of safety events based on incident reporting and issues that arise through ongoing monitoring and reporting. Facilitates process improvements that will support the reduction of medical and health care errors and other factors that contribute to adverse patient outcomes.
-Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) -Two (2) years of RN nursing experience. -Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the State of employment
