The Registered Nurse is assigned to the Quality Management Service, Office of the Director, located at the VA Roseburg Health Care System, Roseburg, Oregon. The Registered Nurse will serve as the Patient Safety Manager (PSM) who will serve as a consultant at the unit level, the service level, and the organizational level for all disciplines and services affected by patient safety activities and or needs
