The Quality Management department is led by the Director of Quality and the Manager. Staff includes the Manager of Regulatory Compliance, an Outcome Coordinator and the Infection Preventionists. Department staff assist in the development, management, and implementation of comprehensive strategic initiatives in the areas of quality improvement, regulatory compliance and related areas to support/enhance patient safety. They are responsible for the analysis of clinical outcomes and care delivery processes to promote Quality Improvement along with reporting to various Committees.
