Manager - Performance Improvement - Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Service Line Quality
In the Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Service Line, this position will coordinate and standardize all quality reporting processes across the system and manage the certification process for the John L. Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute. Additionally, will lead all Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Service Line quality meetings and drive intra-department process improvement initiatives. The position will use data to determine areas of improvement, develop, implement, and track process improvement initiatives, and develop standardized reports from registries in order to present to clinical and administrative leadership.This job develops, manages and integrates a comprehensive performance improvement program to achieve results in quality, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and value
