JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Management Coordinator (QMC) is accountable for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of Harris Health System's assigned quality program. The coordinator works with the Director of Clinical Effectiveness to develop the performance improvement plan for the district. The QMC facilitates implementation of Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence and provides reports relevant to achievement of goals. As Applicable, the QMC is accountable for coordination of the HCHD Quality Recognition Program and targeted outcomes achieved on assigned programs.
