SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Director of Quality Integration is responsible for managing the implementation, integration and reporting of quality initiatives at ANHC under the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model and Quadruple Aim framework to optimize ANHC performance. This position will work closely with staff to ensure quality initiatives are relevant and ongoing data is provided to ensure continuous quality improvement and assurance.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Three to five years relevant experience in quality improvement practices, and a minimum of three to five years in a leadership/supervisory role preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience).
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Additional certifications in change management, project management, or lean principles highly preferred.
