Your day.

As the Program Manager, Public Safety and Security, you need to know how to:

• Create and develop the safety and security program elements for the Holy Rosary campus. 


• Be the primary contact of the program, acting with compassion and grace towards all individuals that the department interacts with.


• Facilitate and schedule public safety and security educational programs and workshops.


• Maintain and support the Joint Commission standards along with all other regulatory and/or legislative requirements for healthcare security operations.


• Collaborate with internal and external clients, serving as subject matter expert to ensure public safety and security best practices are present.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• At least two (2) years of experience in a security, military, or law enforcement setting.


• Exceptionally strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills, along with impeccable attention to detail.


• The ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call, as required.


• Travel to other SCL network sites and/or community partners, as needed. 

If not already obtained, within three (3) months of employment we require: 

• A valid Montana Driverâ™s License, proof of insurability, and a clean driving record.


• Current Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certification.


• Current certifications for Taser-carry, ASP tactical baton, handcuffs, and pepper spray.

Also, if not already obtained, we require the following within six (6) months of employment: 

• Current Unarmed Security Officers license.
