The HRO Specialist/Assistant Chief, Quality Management is responsible for the planning and direction of the organizational efforts to become a high reliability organization through active engagement with staff throughout the medical center. HRO/QM/AC will work to support a just culture and work to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of care. The HRO/QM/AC will assist the Chief in development of a comprehensive quality management program at the organizational level.
