The Surgery Quality Improvement (SQI) Nurse Coordinator is accountable to the Associate Chief of Staff for Surgical Services. The SQI Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership in delivering and improving holistic patient care through collaborative strategies. These organizational performance measures promote and support the Durham VA Medical Centers ability to provide safe and quality complex patient care.
