VP Chief Quality & Safety Officer - (220002HF) Description  Reporting jointly to the Chief Medical Office and the Chief Operating Officer, the VP Chief Quality & Safety Officer will lead the system-wide coordination and execution of the quality program focusing on patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation/licensure, patient care policies and outcomes of care. Lead the strategy to support the advancement of health outcomes through implementing standardization in care by collaborating with medical, nursing and operations. Facilitate new care models to advance patient processes and systems of care. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to advance improvements in patient safety, quality, and outcomes.
