Position SummaryThe Chief Quality Officer will be responsible and accountable for the overall University of Toledo Physicians and University of Toledo Medical Center Quality and Value Based Purchasing (VBP) strategy across the system. The Chief Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring the highest level of safe, appropriate, and quality care while driving measured improvements in outcomes as well as reductions in the overall cost of care.  The Chief Quality Officer will work in a dyad relationship with the executives in UTP/UTMC hospital and clinical physician leadership and the entire healthcare team to provide vision, strategy, and leadership across the system.
