Provides and supports operational direction through effective leadership and Quality Improvement principles to ensure quality patient care and employee satisfaction. Ensures optimal patient care is delivered according to established standards of care. Collaborates with home health staff and other departments to develop and implement protocols and procedures. Provides education leadership role for Agency staff and contractors. Maintains and updates Performance/Quality Improvement program based on identified needs and ensures programs compliment and are consistent with Regional standards.
