Licensed Vocational Nurse Program Manager - Quality Assurance
Description POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Manager of Clinical Quality, this position is the regional clinical resource rounding on practice sites to assess best practice in regulatory standards and quality and safety initiatives. This role is responsible for implementing policies and processes that assess, train and drive clinical competence and positive patient outcomes. Oversees a continuous process of assessing needs in the region and works to set priorities and develop plans to close gaps. This is an autonomous nursing role requiring collaboration with individual practice sites in both the assigned ministries and with stakeholders from other ministries. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
