The Quality Management Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional RN who uses Patient Safety, Systems Redesign (Lean) and Quality Improvement skills to foster the development of an HRO at the unit/service/Health Care System level. The incumbent actively meets face-to-face with staff in the clinical care areas and works with individual staff, teams, and services to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of care.
