Job SummaryResponsible for managing annual and proactive HEDIS (PAH) for compliant/ non-compliant population, Health Choices/Commercial prenatal-postpartum (PNPP) population as assigned. Responsible for and evaluated against success with outreach to assigned HEDIS/PNPP member case load.
