The Patient Safety Manager works closely with Service Leaders for VISN 6 Patient Safety Managers. The Patient Safety Manager additionally develops and uses collaborative relationships with the other Health Care System disciplines to enhance the delivery of patient care. RN completes Root Cause Analyses, manages the Joint Patient Safety Reporting system, and provides facility guidance to concerns of patient safety in a manner consistent with High Reliability and Just Culture principles. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
