The Ventura County Health Care Agency Ambulatory Care (AC) seeks a Director of Quality and Population Health for Ambulatory Care. Under the direction of the AC Chief Medical Quality Officer for Ambulatory Care and AC Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will oversee the ambulatory quality and data analytics teams who are accountable for meeting metrics and reporting data for programs valued over $100 million annually. Those programs include but are not limited to the Quality Improvement Program, the Uniform Data System for Federally Qualified Health Center reporting, and the Global Payment Program.
