Director Patient Experience
SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Provides NKCH/Meritas administrative leadership at all levels for day-to-day operations of patient experience. Plans and leads the implementation and establishment of a highly reliable positive patient experience-oriented culture. Develops and/or coordinates special projects as needed. Leads development of employee education for improving and sustaining our patient experience program curriculum. EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years previous supervisory/management experience. Acute care nursing experience or additional Healthcare Administration experience preferred.
