Provide leadership and direction in design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive patient safety program and manage the core institutional resources devoted to improving safety and achieving our vision of mission zero and becoming the safest children's health system in FL and beyond. This individual will have direct oversight and leadership of reliability culture improvement, harm prevention, cause analysis, responding to harm, developing improvement capability among Nemours associates as it relates to safety and close partnerships with our statewide care delivery sites, employee health, inclusion, diversity, equity and alignment as well as health and wellness.
