Patient Experience Representative/Per- Diem
DescriptionThe Patient Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring that every person approaching the medical center is greeted, provides direction to desired location, including transporting (walking or wheelchair) individuals to area, and visitors are offered assistance as appropriate in order to feel accepted and welcome. Patient Experience Representative will be asked to screen patients/visitors/associates, enforce visitor/support person restrictions, perform service recovery, and assist during special events.RequirementsEDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: BLS issued by American Heart Associate is required within 60 days of hire.
