This individual will report to and collaborate with the Chief Quality, Patient Safety, and Clinical Analytics Officer (CQSO) and be responsible for setting the quality strategy, framework and agenda in FL and in partnership with DV, in addition to aligning with both the continuous improvement and innovation functions in the organization to create a continuum or functions to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
