The CLER Program of the ACGME is currently seeking a part time Quality Improvement facilitator experienced in managing both in-person and remote learning collaboratives. Responsibilities involve: Work with ACGME CLER Program staff to develop and run a pilot Quality Improvement learning collaborative focused on improving the interface between graduate medical education (faculty, resident and fellow physicians) and the leaders of the clinical sites that host GME (e.g., Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Chief Quality Officers). Each team will develop and run their own separate QI project. Work with ACGME staff to develop and deliver brief didactics based on cross-cutting topics that can serve as a foundation for local experiential learning.
