The Director of Performance Improvement and Project Manager within the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Services (MHSATS) division is a high-level management position that works across MHSATS in partnership with executive leaders, counties, tribes, and other stakeholders to improve planning and analytics to achieve outcomes for people served. This position provides decision-making, coordination, and oversight, as well as tactical and administrative management. The position directs strategic planning, organizational development, continuous improvement, evaluation, change management, project management, and analytics for MHSATS. In this role, you will collaborate directly with executive management to develop, promote, and maintain high quality outcomes for MHSATS-wide in
