JOB SUMMARYThe Supv Outcomes Improvement (OI) supervises daily tasks, and program activities of the OI team and leads the effort to train, retain, and engage committed OI and clinic team members. The goal of this work is to improve metrics for quality and patient experience while teaching efficient, effective workflows in the clinic and in the electronic health record (EHR) and being mindful of financial and regulatory requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLESupervises daily activities of the OI team including administrative and technical supervision and auditing of assigned staff that includes work allocation, development, performance, and quality service delivery. Performs human resource actions including interviews, performance evaluations
