Clinical Data Management, Executive Director
Primary responsibility for quality and experience data with associated internal and external reporting, inclusive of disease/condition specific quality metrics, across the care continuum of Prisma Health. Ensures that the clinical quality and experience data infrastructure is robust, resilient, scalable, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Serves in an advisory role providing guidance, consultation, and leadership in the development, deployment, and analysis of data to support continuous improvement and transformative quality and experience initiatives. Succeeds in a matrixed data environment and works in partnership with teams across the enterprise including Information Technology Services and value-based care analytics to create aligned data processes and service
