The Department of Health Services Administration in the School of Health Professions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) invites applications for an assistant professor, tenure- track faculty position. The new faculty member should demonstrate knowledge and experience in the application of Health Informatics, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, across various healthcare disciplines.  Essential job responsibilities include experience in health informatics as applied to the various elements of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, clinical and administrative health information systems, and ability to collaborate with other related fields that intersect with health informatics. The ideal candidate will have earned a
