Nemours is seeking a Manager, Evidence-Based Clinical Outcomes! This newly created nursing position will align research and evidence informed clinical care with patient safety and quality outcomes. They will be responsible for increasing the knowledge and skills of nursing staff related to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and implementation strategies. They will collaborate to enhance research and grant applications, and lead dissemination efforts internally and externally.
