Job Summary
The Lead Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for providing oversight and management of various data analytics and audit projects to support an effective compliance program. The Lead Compliance Data Analyst prepares monthly reports and analyses of the status of projects for Corporate Compliance Leadership for dissemination the Executive Corporate Compliance Committee, and Executive management. In addition, the Lead Compliance Data Analyst develops and maintains databases, prepares reports and supports audits and data analytics projects within Harris Health Corporate Compliance & Audit program. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors that has System-wide Compliance impact. The Lead Compliance Data Analyst should exercise independent judgment within generally defined practice and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and must be proficient with in utilizing data analytic tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Informatics or other business related field.
Master of Business Admin, MSA, or MHA preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Public Accountant (Preferred)
Work Experience:
Five (5) years work experience of training experience with databases, reporting, audits and managing projects. (Healthcare experience preferred)

Equipment Operated: PC/Fax Machine/Copier/Phone with high degree proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access or data analytics tool.
