The CQO will provide strategic direction and operational leadership for quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the entire health system. This role is backed by strong organizational support and offers a platform to lead transformative change through evidence-based, data-driven decision-making.
This leader will:
- Champion performance improvement through evidence-based care across departments
- Develop proactive policies for clinical risk management
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to implement innovative safety programs across all care modalities
Ideal candidates will have:
10+ years of healthcare quality and patient safety leadership experience
A track record of measurable success in a complex health system
Exceptional communication and strategic leadership skills
