Job Summary
This position assists the Program Director, Grant Business Operations & Compliance Monitoring by independently planning, implementing, and managing various initiatives related to grant management and compliance monitoring. This role has grant project management and develops, produces grant management and compliance monitoring reports. The Program Manager coordinates grant business needs with a multi stakeholder group of grant stakeholders including but not limited to business operators, nursing, service line leadership, finance, legal, contract administration to help assure grant compliance, spending of awarded dollars and needed contract renewals. The position helps find solutions to identified problems, helps Program Director,- Grant Business Operations to develop strategies, task/solution specifications, identifies and secures needed resources, and develops and updates project plans, timetables and milestones. The position can be responsible for conducting research on grant reporting systems, grant guidelines and grant funding regulations as needed. This position can be responsible for grant writing or the editing of grant proposals. The position maintains and distributes documentation and communications to keep stakeholders and leadership informed, on task, and on time. The position identifies structures of authority and processes for decision making within the identified project and ultimately manages the execution of the plan and post implementation evaluation of outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
- Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience:
- Four (4) Years Work Experience in grant management or grant proposal writing and financial administration experience, preferably in Hospital/Healthcare Operations.
Management Experience:
- Two (2) Years work Experience with Program management.
Communication Skills:
- Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
