Job Summary:
The Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for assisting with developing and maintaining databases and reporting integrity, preparing reports and supporting multiple data analytics projects within Harris Health Corporate Compliance advanced data analytics program. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The Compliance Data Analyst should exercise judgment within generally defined practice and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and must be proficient with in utilizing data analytic tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degrees / Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Informatics or other business related field (Preferred) (Or) Four (4) Years Work Experience with reporting and analytics with data analysis extraction and manipulation of health informatics in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Training experience with databases and reporting required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Preferred Degree: Master of Business Admin
