Patient Experience Representative Service Excellence/Part-time
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring that every person approaching the medical center is greeted, provides direction to desired location, including transporting (walking or wheelchair) individuals to area, and visitors are offered assistance as appropriate in order to feel accepted and welcome.
