Overview Responsible for planning and implementing a systematic approach to ensure compliance with regulations, licensure, and accreditation for Fairview Home Infusion (FHI). Evaluates and reports the organization level of compliance through the use of appropriate statistical techniques. Continually uses data and trends identified in the reports to enhance clinical and operational/delivery system processes through redesign and process improvement strategies to improve efficiency and control costs.
