JOB SUMMARYPartners with and helps key stakeholder's teams to implement reporting and quality improvement projects in in help of BSWH's strategy to deliver high-quality, safe care and achieve excellence by regulatory statues, policies and procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEPerforms concurrent and retrospective medical record review to investigate quality and/or patient safety concerns and to identify performance improvement opportunities.
