Performance Innovation Leader
Job DescriptionConducts best practice research, process analyses, benchmarking and performance measurement activities, such as baseline and post RIE sustainment metrics.Identifies the process or operational area requiring redesign or improvement and participates in developing project plans, facilitating meetings to accomplish the identified tasks, and documenting project outputs.Improves processes using performance improvement standards and methods, such as 5S, Lean, VSA, Six Sigma, process mapping / re-engineering, and collaborative problem solving techniques.Develops standard work and collects and presents data analysis results.
